Sustainable Floristry with Carol Peacock:
- Develop and enhance your floral skills by learning the foam-free floral mechanics and techniques that Carol uses every day in her sustainable floristry business; Peacock and Wild , and in our floristry school: The British School of Sustainable Floristry.
- Learn how to create a large floral installation (typically created for large wedding set-ups), as part of a hands-on group learning workshop. PLUS learn how we create foam-free funeral designs, in different mediums and using different mechanics - since prepping and creating base mechanics is absolutely crucial for foam-free success!
Business Strategy & Finances:
- Develop your business model and profitability plan with Roz
- Learn how to manage your pipeline and plan for financial growth
Branding & Photography:
- Participate in a dedicated branding session

About your hosts
Roz Chandler is a passionate grower, businesswoman, and founder of Field Gate Flowers. She brings 30 years of marketing experience and a deep understanding of how to go from small plot to a sustainable and profitable business.
Tom Coleman is a social media strategist, content expert, and founder of Imtomcoleman & Co. He’s helped dozens of businesses grow loyal online audiences, supersize their income and confidently show up with content that converts.
Carol Peacock is an award winning floral designer, qualified Floristry Lecturer, Cut Flower Grower, RHS Exhibitor and Mentor. After over a decade designing for weddings and events and several years teaching floristry professionally, she realised her heart belonged to creation with flowers and sharing that creativity and passion with others. Peacock & Wild , her own business and The British Sustainable Floristry School – a joint venture with Roz Chandler ,bring these paths together under one nurturing sustainable brand.
