- Develop and enhance your floral skills by learning the foam-free floral mechanics and techniques that Ali uses every day in her sustainable floristry business; Rambling Stems, and in our floristry school: The Great British Flower School.
- Learn how to create a large floral installation (typically created for large wedding set-ups), as part of a hands-on group learning workshop. PLUS learn how we create foam-free funeral designs, in different mediums and using different mechanics - since prepping and creating base mechanics is absolutely crucial for foam-free success!
Business Strategy & Finances:

About your hosts
Roz Chandler is a passionate grower, businesswoman, and founder of Field Gate Flowers. She brings 30 years of marketing experience and a deep understanding of how to go from small plot to a sustainable and profitable business.
Tom Coleman is a social media strategist, content expert, and founder of Imtomcoleman & Co. He’s helped dozens of businesses grow loyal online audiences, supersize their income and confidently show up with content that converts.
Ali Conway leads on floristry for The Great British Flower School and is a specialist in sustainable, foam-free floristry. With years of event experience and a teaching background, she brings heart, hands-on skill, and a passion for floral storytelling.
