Q. When does “Build Your Blooming Business” start and finish?
The course starts on 27th November and runs to 30th March - over 4 months.
Q. What if I’m not in the UK?
This is definitely not an issue. We try and hold live sessions at 8pm UK time which is a time when most corners of the world are awake. All our trainings are pre -recorded so you can watch at anytime, accompanied by written materials where appropriate. Live Q and A sessions will be recorded and placed in your membership portal. This course focuses on making a financially successful business from flower farming regardless of location.
Q. When is the best time in my business journey to take this course? Is it too early/late for me?
If you are just starting out, or about to start out, this course will help you start off on the best foot possible.
This course will also help those who have had a flower farm for a couple of seasons uplevel their business. It will give you the opportunity to re-evaluate your business and 'fill in the gaps' to grow it faster and more efficiently.
This course is not right for you if you are already a flower farmer running a profitable business and you don't need any help! However, if you want to come and learn how we do it here at Field gate Flowers, we would love to have you.

Meet the powerhouse behind
“Build Your Blooming Business”
Roz Chandler
CEO of Field Gate Flowers and a Marketing strategist.
Roz, together with her team in Lathbury, Milton Keynes (the home of roundabouts and concrete cows) is passionate about growing, harvesting and arranging seasonally grown British blooms.
Field Gate Flowers was established over 15 years ago and is a thriving flower farm.
In short Roz’s career
Roz has had a career spanning over 30 years in Marketing and Sales, running concurrently with 15 years as a Flower Farmer. There is little doubt that she is one of the only Flower farmers globally with such an extensive combined knowledge of sales and marketing with cut flower farming.
She started and grew her own digital marketing agency with over 30 staff, top clients such as Open University, Unilever, and EasyJet. Studied for a master’s in digital Strategies and her research project was on the sustainability of flower farming.
Currently, a Non-executive Director of one of the largest agricultural buying groups in the UK ensuring she has an innate understanding of farming and the challenges faced. Roz runs her own successful flower farm outside Milton Keynes, in the UK - Field Gate Flowers. and is also a Board Director of WFGA whose mission is to advance horticulture.
Roz qualified at Cranfield University on their Business Growth and Development Programme. She has worked as an Interim Marketing Director for several multi-million-pound clients across the UK, based around the 7 levers of growth and making businesses profitable.
