the sloshing sound of the watering can before it gently rains upon the thirsty flowers
the heavenly aroma of those gorgeous, fragrant, natural blooms
You want a membership that’s more exclusive.
Expert advice to cut through the noise.
And discounts on all your seeds and flower-growing gear, too.
Great news! The Best Bunch is here to help.

Yes, the flower patch is your happy place!
But even this piece of paradise has its problems.
How do you handle those pesky aphids?
Are those leaves starting to droop from too much sun?
Will some water pep them up? And how much water?
What should I plant when? What about successional planting?
How do I condition them?
You’ve tried posting your questions in The Cut Flower Collective (better than searching Google), and you got some great advice but it’s a bit crowded and now . . . you’re more confused!

Question...
I’m in The Cut Flower Collective Facebook group. Can’t I get what I need there for free?
Our free Facebook group is certainly a gem! And you’re smart to value your time and money.
But the truth is, with over 11,100 members (and growing!) your questions can get a bit lost.
The structure of a large free Facebook group isn’t able to accommodate the need for more support and no-nonsense educational content.
On the other hand, the paid courses provide loads of intensive instruction and end-to-end support. Not everyone is ready or willing to invest time and money at that level so . . .
I created The Best Bunch to bridge the gap with:
Light-touch support
A place to ask your questions and get reliable answers from the Field Gate Flowers team
A great mix of educational content and
Discounts on the tools and supplies you need most
Question...
The Best Bunch looks great, but I’d rather hold off a few months.
Of course, it’s up to you whether you join now or later or not at all.
But if you’re thinking about it, now is really the best time!
Here’s why:
After 21 February 2022, access to The Best Bunch will be closed until late 2022 (and when it reopens, the rate will be much higher)
Your membership will pay for itself with loads of exclusive discounts!
Question...
How long is my commitment to The Best Bunch?
As long as you want! You’re free to leave at any time. Simply sign email us and cancel your membership with at least one month's notice. No fuss.
You’ll probably want to stay awhile longer once you get a sample of the extraordinary value your membership provides. Also, keep in mind if you decide to rejoin after cancellation, the founding member rate will no longer apply.

Question...
I’ve just completed The Garden Path: Seed to Vase course. Will this membership be worth my time?
First, thank you for being part of my flagship course!
The answer is YES.
You’ve just spent 8 months with loads of end-to-end support on your cut flower growing journey. Chances are, you’re just getting started.
As you continue to grow (both your knowledge and your flower patch) you’ll find continued support here in The Best Bunch. Obviously, it’s not at the same level as the course, but there’s plenty of helpful information and educational content to keep you on track.
Plus, you’ll get fantastic discounts on everything for your flower patch (seeds, tools, clothes, polytunnels). Those deals will more than cover your membership costs*.
*Please note: discounts are subject to change based on supplier availability from month to month

The Team
Who are the flower growing experts in The Best Bunch?
Roz Chandler
Roz Chandler
CEO of Field Gate Flowers and a Marketing strategist.
Together with her team in Lathbury, Milton Keynes (the home of roundabouts and concrete cows), Roz is passionate about growing, harvesting and arranging seasonally-grown British blooms. Field Gate Flowers was established in 2012 and is a thriving flower farm.
As a child, Roz loved nothing more than messing around outdoors. Her favourite memories were on a school French exchange on a farm in France This was a long way from the New Town of Hemel Hempstead where Roz grew up in.
In short Roz’s career
Roz has had a career spanning over 30 years in Marketing and Sales, running concurrently with 10 years as a Flower Farmer. There is little doubt that she is one of the only Flower farmers globally with such an extensive combined knowledge of sales and marketing with cut flower farming.
She started and grew her own digital marketing agency with over 30 staff, top clients such as Open University, Unilever, and EasyJet. Studied for a master’s in digital Strategies and her research project was on the sustainability of flower farming.
Currently a Non-executive Director of one of the largest agricultural buying groups in the UK ensuring she has an innate understanding of farming and the challenges faced. Roz runs her own successful flower farm outside Milton Keynes, in the UK - Field Gate Flowers.
Roz qualified at Cranfield University on their Business Growth and Development Programme. She has worked as an Interim Marketing Director for several multi-million-pound clients across the UK, based around the 7 levers of growth and making businesses profitable.
When not in the fields, Roz loves having adventures.
A keen cyclist she always takes on at least one charity ride a year in far-flung places, the most recent has been India, Madagascar, Morocco (those Atlas Mountains), and Vietnam.
Roz has two daughters, a husband, 7 pigs, two goats, 5 chickens, a dog, and a recently added kitten. What next? Roz’s dream is to encourage more people to build the businesses they deserve in flower farming.
Maxine Wilson
Maxine Wilson is your membership manager. Maxine lives in Oxfordshire with her young family and cocker spaniel. She dreams of having a dedicated cutting patch, but makes the most of the blooms and foliage growing in her garden all year round. Her vase collection takes up more space than it should!
She couldn’t possibly choose a favourite flower, but if pushed would choose Freesia for the scent. Or Hydrangea. Or maybe Dahlia. And not forgetting Ranunculus…
Maxine is thrilled to be part of the team managing The Best Bunch. She looks forward to getting to know you and your blooms!
