Great news! The Best Bunch is here to help.
I have had a busy time of late with family and still managed to keep growing going in the garden. I have just used flowers out of the garden for my daughters wedding. The Best Bunch membership has really increased my knowledge of the floral and foliage kind and has given me the courage to do the wedding flowers. We have had quite a lot of talks from specialists in their field eg dahlias, alstroemerias, willow, roses and many more. I personally would recommend the membership to anyone that would love to learn more without trawling thro books etc (although there is nothing wrong with this)

FAQs
Q: Can’t I get what I need elsewhere for free?
A: You’re smart to value your time and money. But in free groups, your questions can get a bit lost - and we see lots of poor advice too. The stucture of our membership Facebook group is able to accommodate the need for more support and no-nonsense educational content.
Q: How is The Best Bunch different from one of your courses?
A: Our paid courses provide lots of intensive instruction over a period of weeks or months and end-to-end support. However, not everyone is ready or willing to invest time and money at that level so Roz created The Best Bunch to bridge that gap, with the additional benefits of membership discounts and speakers.
Q: How long is my commitment to The Best Bunch?
A: As long as you want! Simply email us and cancel your membership with at least one month's notice after your first three months. No fuss.
Q: Will you increase my subscription amount when I’ve been with you for a while?
A: Your membership rate is locked in for all the time you area a member and will not increase. Keep in mind however that if you decide to cancel and then rejoin, there may be a new joining rate at this time.

Question...
Can’t I get what I need elsewhere for free?
You’re smart to value your time and money.
But the truth is in the free groups, your questions can get a bit lost - and we see lots of poor advice too.
The structure of a large free Facebook group isn’t able to accommodate the need for more support and no-nonsense educational content.
On the other hand, the paid courses provide loads of intensive instruction and end-to-end support. Not everyone is ready or willing to invest time and money at that level so . . .
I created The Best Bunch to bridge the gap with:
Light-touch support
A place to ask your questions and get reliable answers from experts at Field Gate Flowers
A great mix of educational content and
Discounts on the tools and supplies you need most
Question...
The Best Bunch looks great, but I’d rather hold off a few months.
Of course, it’s up to you whether you join now or later or not at all.
But if you’re thinking about it, now is really the best time!
Here’s why:
After 15 July 2022, access to The Best Bunch will be closed until late 2022 (and when it reopens, the rate will be much higher)
Join now and secure our bonus of a free Field Gate Flowers Masterclass on Roses, worth £27 - our most popular masterclass
Your membership will pay for itself with loads of exclusive discounts!
Question...
How long is my commitment to The Best Bunch?
As long as you want! Simply email us and and cancel your membership before the next billing cycle after your first three months. No fuss.
You’ll probably want to stay awhile longer once you get a sample of the extraordinary value your membership provides. Also, keep in mind if you decide to rejoin after cancellation, the founding member rate will no longer apply.
The thing is, Roz is honest, has been there, done it and has the t-shirt. My advice is don't sign up just to learn. Sign up, show up and implement it straight away.
Amanda
What are people saying about
learning with Field Gate Flowers?
I just wanted to thank you for putting on this membership. I have only just joined and already I have learned so much. Looking forward to the rest
The support and information is outstanding. You give such a personal touch that we feel like we know you as a friend. Roz, thank you for all you do and for being truly inspirational.
Very informative and friendly.
Following your advice, growing and nurturing my seedlings has been a lifesaver from a stressful year.
The Team
Who are the flower growing experts in The Best Bunch?
Roz Chandler - CEO of Field Gate Flowers and Marketing Strategist
As a child, Roz loved nothing more than messing around outdoors. Some of her favourite memories are of a school exchange visit to a farm in France – a long way from the new town of Hemel Hempstead where she grew up.
Several decades later and Roz has created her own farm – at her home in Lathbury, Milton Keynes where she runs the thriving 5 acre flower farm Field Gate Flowers.
A BSc in Environmental Science led onto studying for an MA in Digital Strategies with a research project on the sustainability of flower farming. Combine this with a career of over 30 years in marketing and sales and there is little doubt that Roz is one of the only flower farmers globally with such an extensive combined knowledge of sales / marketing and cut flower farming.
Sustainable Growing
Roz is passionate about growing, harvesting and arranging seasonally-grown British blooms without putting additional strain on the environment. Field Gate Flowers was established in 2012 and to this day is run on the principles of organic and sustainable farming. In partnership with horticultural consultants and her RHS-qualified plant team, Roz employs biological and cultural control methods such as natural predators, and promotes the use of sustainable floral mechanics to hold blooms and foliage in place for any floristry carried out on the farm or using Field Gate plant material.
Business Mentoring
Prior to running a flower farm, Roz set up and developed a digital marketing agency, employing over 30 staff and working with clients such as The Open University, Unilever, and EasyJet. For several years she was a Non-Executive Director of one of the largest agricultural buying groups in the UK, giving her an innate understanding of farming and the challenges faced.
Roz completed the Business Growth and Development programme at Cranfield School of Management, based around the 7 levers of growth and making businesses profitable, concurrent with working as an interim Marketing Director for several multi-million-pound clients across the UK.
She now offers:
1:1 mentoring to small business owners and those consdering a career change.
Growth Club, a membership learning community designed for small business owners who want to increase visibility.
‘Blooming Business’ – a 6-month interactive course for flower farmers looking to scale up or those looking to set up a flower farm business.
‘The Best Bunch’ – a membership group for passionate cut flower growers to learn, share and enjoy growing together.
And hobbies?
When not in the fields, Roz loves having adventures. A keen cyclist, she aims to take on at least one charity ride a year in far-flung places, the most recent being in India, Madagascar, Morocco (those Atlas Mountains), and Vietnam.
Roz has two daughters, a husband, 3 pigs, 2 goats, 12 chickens, a dog, and a farm cat.
What next?
Roz’s dream is to encourage more people to build the businesses they deserve in flower farming. She is currently developing an advanced business course for flower farmers looking to use existing skills to diversify their income through digital revenue streams.
ALISON JONES – Horticulturalist
Alison is an RHS-qualified Horticulturist with over 14 years experience and a self confessed plant nerd!
Retraining after a 17 year corporate career, Alison's first job was to help set up a rare plants nursery, a move which took her to work as a botanist in Bosnia, Montenegro, Croatia, the USA and France. A 4 year tenure as gardener and propagator at the historic Iford Manor in Wiltshire followed.
Alongside working with Roz, Alison now runs her own business working in private Heritage gardens and as a consultant on independent horticultural projects. She specialises in container gardening, propagation and Pelargoniums and has extensive experience of the global cut flower market.
