Welcome to Flores in Fonteta, a luxury retreat where flowers, creativity, and inspiration converge in the enchanting landscapes near Girona. Set in the lush Gavarras countryside, this beautifully curated retreat offers you a rare opportunity for a little self-indulgence – to take time out from daily life, connect with like-minded creators, delve deeply into the floral arts, and expand your floral knowledge, guided by seasoned experts.
Roz and her family have been visiting this region for many, many years, and have fallen in love with the “Tuscany of Spain” – Roz would love to share this beautiful region with you too.
After a successful first year in 2025 with incredible feedback from the guests, Roz & Tom are heading back to Catalonia in 2027, with more flowers, sunshine and lots of fun.

Flower farmer and business expert, sharing her expertise on flower growing for pleasure and profit. A business expert with 25 years of running her own businesses, there is little Roz does not know about successful flower farming and launching a business, and she is generous with her knowledge.
Tom Coleman
A social media and marketing expert who has helped hundreds of big-name clients launch their businesses in the digital world, and will help you elevate your socials to the next level. Tom is known for his unique story-telling approach and beautifully curated style.
Together, the duo form a formidable team, and happen to have formed a great friendship bond too. They deliver their message with kindness, humour and clarity; and are generous with their experience and knowledge; always happy to chat through ideas. Over four days, you’ll have access to their experience, techniques, and insights in an intimate, supportive setting. This is a unique chance to gain real-world skills and build connections that last.

Visit a Local Catalonian Flower Farm: Experience flower farming in this region, with a private tour of this family-owned farm. Learn the similarities and difficulties that affect our grower friends in Europe, a talk, tour and demonstration
Floral Workshop: We will create a breathtaking floral display that captures the essence of Catalonia with flowers sourced from the flower farm.
Meet Local Artisans: Experience the traditional crafts from the region, famous food & drink culture, and get hands on with new skills learned.
LEARN
Let your curiosity guide you as you explore various aspects of floral artistry and business:
Social Media & Branding Insights: Tom will offer guidance on how to craft a Social Media, and brand presence that captivates and grows your audience.
The business of flowers: Roz will be sharing her wisdom and years of experience, from cultivating, growing and creating a floral business from scratch.
Brand photography: Tom will show you techniques to shoot your own brand photography and take a selection of shots of you to take home with you for your social media & website.

Farm-to-Table Gastronomy: we will be hosted by our farmer friends for a traditional Catalonian luncheon, and will Experience evening meals crafted by Iolanda Bustos, Chef of Flowers, who brings the wild flavours of the Empordà landscape to life in her recipes.
Morning Yoga: Our local Catalonian Yoga teacher will welcome us into the mornings under the canopy of wysteria blooms and sunshine on our faces, the perfect way to start the day slowly.
Cookery demonstration: Join Iolanda in the garden for a tour of edible flowers, learn the art of tempura and Mediterranean cooking, embracing the fresh, natural tastes of the Costa Brava.
